Dear Brian,
I think your idea to go on a camping holiday is a great one! With all the stress of work and school, spending some time in nature relaxing would make you feel better and rejuvenate your spirit. At some of the lakes nearby, you could fish, camp, and relax for days. It is important to take time away from other responsibilities and spend some time relaxing. < “Rejuvenate your spirit” means to restore your positive feelings. If you feel that this phrase is too advanced, you can replace it with “lift your mood”. >
There are a couple of disadvantages to be aware of when you go camping. One is that you will have limited phone reception. When you are far enough away from town, the reception will get worse and worse, and eventually, you won’t be able to connect. Make sure that you let your family know you won’t be available. One other disadvantage is that there are a lot of insects at the campsites. Make sure to bring bug spray so you don’t get bitten!
If you would like, I would love to join you on the camping trip. I have not gone camping for years, but I always loved camping with my family when I was a child. I would love to share that experience with you.
Best wishes,
Donald
